Alex Knost is a modern traditional wave rider and shaper. His recent mid-length shapes and how he rides them combines every era of surfing. In small, previously "longboard only" conditions Alex can be seen flying across flat sections on his self-shaped 7'0" four fin bonzer, smashing lips, carving and scaling down techhy footwork and trim placement.
