This quick yoga flow is the perfect on-the-go sequence for your morning routine! Get in the right state of mind before your day ahead with this energizing full body class.
We'll begin with a gentle seated flow of spinal flexion and extension and side body bends. Warm-up the hamstrings in downward dog and open the shoulders and chest with locust pose. We'll move into our standing sequence composed of three legged down dog, high lunge twist, high lunge, warrior II, triangle, reverse triangle and wide legged forward fold. Finish the class with yogi squat as a hip opener, and gentle seated twists.
