
Ok so, how do women at 36 weeks preggy paddle and surf you ask?
1. Find a cute little cove with perfect waves and a gentle rip.
2. Float with your board using said rip right out the back of the lineup.
3. Use the ‘cute cockroach’ technique - tuck your knees up so that your belly isn’t being squashed, using your chest as the counter-balance and bend up your legs. You can also paddle on your spread knees if your board has enough volume!
4. Pop-up using superhuman strength.
5. Ride that wave mamas!
