In surfing, one of the most common body parts to be injured is the knee.
I don't think it was a coincidence that my knee got injured after just re-entering the waster after a 6 week hiatus with a broken toe. With deconditioning and a lack of effective rehab / fitness maintenance, injuries become more likely.
In this video I wanted to share my journey and give you guys some ideas behind PRE-habbing your own knees or helping you recover from injury.
