Meeting of rivers

This is Solimões River in the Brazilian Amazonas. 🇧🇷 It is a confluence between the dark Rio Negro (Black River) and the pale sandy Rio Amazonas (Amazon River), where their waters meet without mixing, due to the temperature, speed, and density differences between both water bodies.
